Returns policy (vprintshop.eu)

This policy sets out the rules for withdrawals, returns, exchanges and complaints in the online store vprintshop.eu (the "Store").

1. Personalized products - no right of withdrawal

Most of our products are manufactured to individual order ( personalized products, e.g. with your own graphics, size, configuration). In accordance with Article 38(3) of the Law on Consumer Rights - in the case of items that are not prefabricated, manufactured to the consumer's specifications or serve to meet his individualized needs - the right to withdraw from the contract (return without reason) is not available.

Exception: personalized products can be claimed if they are defective (see section 6).

2. Non-personalized products - 14 days to return

For non-personalized products, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

  • To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.
  • Returned goods must not bear traces of use beyond the ordinary, necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
  • Please send back in the original or safe packaging, with complete equipment.

3. How to withdraw from the contract (non-personalized products)

  1. Send a statement of withdrawal to e-mail: info@vprintshop.eu or by mail to: Szeroka 9, 39-0340 Padew Narodowa.
  2. Package the product and attach the withdrawal form and order number.
  3. Send the parcel to the return address: Szeroka 9, 39-0340 Padew Narodowa.

Return costs: The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed. In case of a defect in the goods, these costs are covered by the Store after confirming the legitimacy of the complaint (see section 6).

4. Return of payment

  • Refunds are made no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned product or proof of its return - whichever comes first.
  • Payment is returned by the same method by which the purchase was made, unless you expressly agree to a different one.
  • If the product has been diminished in value due to use beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may reduce the amount returned according to the degree of wear and tear.

5. Replacement of goods

For non-personalized products, an exchange is possible within 14 days. We technically implement it as a return and new order (to speed up the process and reserve stock).

6. Complaints (defects, non-compliance with the contract)

You can file a complaint for all products - including personalized products - if they are defective or not in accordance with the contract.

  1. Submit a complaint to info@vprintshop.eu - include the order number, description of the defect and photos.
  2. After initial verification, we will instruct you on the further procedure (possible collection/shipping at the expense of the Store).
  3. We will consider the complaint immediately, no later than the statutory deadline.

Note: Mechanical damage caused by the fault of the user (e.g. incorrect installation) does not constitute a product defect.

7. Unclaimed shipments / reshipment

If the shipment of a personalized order is not received and you wish to reship it - you will be required to contact info@vprintshop.eu and pay an additional fee for reshipment, according to the previously selected delivery method.

9. Final Provisions

  • This policy does not limit the consumer's rights under generally applicable laws.
  • In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law, including the Act on Consumer Rights and the Civil Code shall apply.
