Shipping your order

Your order is usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of ordering or design approval (for personalised products). We ship via trusted carriers such as InPost, DPD or GLS - always with online tracking.

If you prefer courier shipping with confirmation of receipt or an additional insurance option, please contact us in advance - additional costs are possible.

Costs and packing

Shipping costs include packing, handling and transport charges. Packing charges are fixed, while the cost of transport depends on the weight of the order and the chosen delivery method. We recommend that you place group orders - we cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, so delivery costs are charged separately.

All parcels are carefully protected - especially those containing fragile products such as glass or frames. We always attach great importance to secure packaging.
